In Demand is a darker, peachy gold with a sheerer base and flecks of gold sparkle throughout. I believe this is their new "Sheer Sparkle" finish, which is the first of the three released that actually lived up to the finish's name. The texture was slightly emollient, which helped the sparkles adhere to the lid without falling off immediately. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably on me.
