Horizon is a very light orange with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was lightly powdery in the pan, but the eyeshadow had mostly opaque, buildable color coverage that remained blendable without being prone to sheering out too readily. It wore nicely for eight hours before fading a bit.
