Handsome Nose is a bright, medium red with subtle, warm undertones and a metallic sheen. The consistency was like a cream-powder hybrid as it had great glide but didn't sheer out or get uneven when applied with a dry brush. It had opaque color coverage that stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
