Flare is a light-medium brown with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation that was easily built up to full opacity with less than half of a layer. The texture was slightly firmer than expected, but it remained blendable on my lid. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
