Circle of Salt has a blackened base with emerald green shimmer and sparkle throughout. It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation that applied fairly evenly to bare skin but definitely had to be layered and diffused a little more than other shimmers in the palette as the texture was slightly drier and thinner. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading a bit.
