ColourPop Tulip to Quit Pressed Powder Blush ($8.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a medium, burnt orange with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation, which did not build up to full coverage as the texture was too dry and prone to sheering out to manage any buildability. The consistency seemed to lack binders, so there was a ton of product that kicked up in the pan when I tried to use it, even with a soft touch. It blended out decently but looked somewhat uneven, despite trying to my best to diffuse the coverage. It lasted for seven hours on me.
