Sassy Pants is a muted, medium pink with nuetral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. It looked cooler in the pan than the powder did swatched (both more heavily and then applied to my skin, the latter I'd expect to lean warm based on my skin tone and undertone).
The texture was smooth, thin, and somewhat powdery, but a less-dense brush picked up product evenly and deposited it fairly well. I find the formula is more apt to sticking, particularly if there is any natural oil or dampness (whether from one's skin or base products) so it blended best over powdered skin for me.
The blush had medium, buildable color coverage, which was as marketed. It lasted for eight hours on me before fading visibly.
