Floating Lights is a light-medium, bluish-pink with strong, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation--up to semi-opaque with two to three layers--paired with a soft, velvety texture that felt smooth to the touch but was a little powdery. The blush applied evenly to bare skin but darkened slightly, giving it a richer appearance applied than in the tube or initially swatched (my arm is extremely dry!). It stayed on well for eight hours on me before showing signs of fading.
