ColourPop Flamingo Pressed Powder Blush ($10.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a light, bubblegum pink with strong, cool blue undertones and a matte finish. It didn't swatch as smoothly on my arm (which is something I've experienced with this formula, generally) but applied well on my cheeks.
