Cool Breeze is a bright, medium gold with moderate, warm undertones and a metallic finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a moderately creamy texture that had glide but didn't feel particularly wet, so it wasn't slippery to work with and didn't settle into creases as it was drying down.
The product applied fairly evenly, but I needed to use a brush to get it to diffuse evenly as fingertips tended to pull up product as it dried down very quickly. It stayed on decently for seven hours before creasing slightly.
