ColourPop Isla Vista Metallic Colour Stix ($6.00 for 0.023 oz.) is a light chartreuse with warm, golden undertones and a metallic sheen. It had semi-opaque pigmentation but was very emollient, which sometimes pushed around product and left areas of patchiness/lifted product.
I'd recommend applying this with one's fingertip for an initial lay down of product, allow that layer to dry down, and then top up coverage with a synthetic brush. It wore well for seven hours before creasing visibly.
