Keep It Koi is a light-medium pink with strong, warm undertones and a natural sheen. It had semi-opaque color coverage in a single layer, which could be built up to full coverage with a second layer. The liquid lipstick had a watery, slightly mousse-like texture that felt airy but not as dense or as cream-like as a true mousse consistency would.
The color applied evenly, but I had some product that sank into my lip lines--just enough to be noticeable in person. To fix this, I'd use a lip primer or lip pencil underneath or else blot gently after application, which took away some of that slip and minimized the color in my lip lines. It stayed on well for four hours and was neither drying nor hydrating over time.
