ColourPop Local Time Lux Lip Oil ($8.00 for 0.16 oz.) is a nearly-clear gloss--just barely tinted with some pink--and faint copper and gold micro-shimmer. There was only a hint of shimmer, too, so it would be most suitable to someone who was looking for shine, light hydration, and didn't mind a touch of pearl. I think this shade (along with the other three that were launched with it) would be better described as translucent or ultra-sheer for coverage.
Thankfully, the gloss itself was smooth, non-sticky, and comfortable to work with and sat well on my lips. It didn't have a lot of staying power--an hour and a half to two hours--and was lightly moisturizing while worn.
