ColourPop Puppy Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "vibrant warm orange." It's a bright, medium-dark orange with warm, orange-red undertones and a matte finish. It was richly pigmented in one stroke, and the consistency was creamy without being too slippery. This shade is "not recommended for the eye area," so I tested it as a lip pencil, and it was less comfortable to apply than their actual lip liners but not too difficult. As a lip liner, it was still going strong after six hours. ColourPop Puppy (DC, $7.00) is darker (95% similar). Chanel Cocorange (LE, $29.00) is lighter (85% similar).
