ColourPop Shell Out Blush Stix ($8.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a light-medium, pinkish-coral with moderate, warm undertones and a dewy sheen. It had semi-sheer to medium, buildable pigmentation that could be heavier when applied with a fingertip and sheerer when applied with a stippling brush.
The consistency was smooth, moderately emollient, and more balm-like, so it had a lot of glide when applied to the skin. I had no trouble applying it over bare skin as well as on top of complexion products as it wasn't prone to lifting them up. The product blended out easily and stayed on well for eight hours before fading a bit.
