ColourPop Plum Szn 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($14.00 for 0.32 oz.) is a new, permanent palette designed for Target. It included five matte shades, three shimmers, and one pressed glitter. Two of the mattes were too similar, in my opinion, to have in the same palette. The quality wasn't as good as I know ColourPop to be, but if one uses primer, it should be better as the mattes just needed some extra help to build up/improve coverage.
