ColourPop Big Poppy 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($14.00 for 0.36 oz.) is a new, all-matte eyeshadow palette that revolved around warmer, more orange-leaning shades. The eyeshadows were mostly opaque to opaque in coverage, blendable and easy to work with, and had good longevity. The bigger "downside" was that some shades were more powdery, so there was light fallout during application, but they were typically more substantial, so they remained pigmented and still went on evenly.
