Bloomin' is a muted, medium-dark plum with moderate, warm undertones and flecks of gold micro-sparkle over a matte finish. The sparkles tended to get trapped in my brush and otherwise disappeared when applied and blended out, so it was functionally a matte finish in practice.
The texture was slightly thinner and stiffer in the pan with a bit of dryness. It had good color coverage that was buildable to opaque pigmentation with two layers. This shade stayed on well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
