Clionadh Slaine Powder Highlighter ($12.50 for 0.21 oz.) has a light-medium rose-gold base with warmer, peachy-gold shimmer that gave it a metallic finish. It was richly pigmented where a little went a long way, so I'd recommend using a lighter hand and/or less-dense brush if one prefers more buildable or sheerer coverage (and the brand marketed it as buildable in particular).
The texture was soft, slightly loosely-pressed but not messy to work with, and blendable. It applied evenly to bare skin and stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably. It did not seem to accentuate my skin's natural texture, thankfully, but had a fair amount of shine in person.
