Clionadh Oculus is a moderately cool-toned, dark duochrome with a metallic finish. It is a permanent eyeshadow that retails for $19.00 and contains 0.05 oz.

Clionadh Oculus Jewelled Multichrome Eyeshadow ($19.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a blackened base with a multichrome finish that shifted between bright, warmer purple to cooler, more violet purple to navy blue to green-leaning teal paired with a metallic finish. I got flashes of reddish-purple at times, and I saw a hint of a golden edge on my lid. Per the brand, it is supposed to shift between "turquoise-blue-violet-pink-red-orange-gold."

I felt like a lot of the color shifts were incredibly prominent and easy to see--I could really see the color shift on my lid just looking in the mirror briefly. The orange/gold were the only shifts that I felt were hard to determine. The texture was smooth, creamy, and more emollient than most shades in the range. It worked well with a dry brush, but it was more intense and smoother in application (with less effort) when applied with fingertips. It had opaque color coverage that stayed on well for nine hours before creasing slightly.

These are finely milled, ultra rich pigments. They have a black base and intense colour shifting reflects. They’re packed with a high pigment concentration, so the end result is a saturated, vibrantly shifting shadow. These pigments are a new type of technology. It doesn’t behave like a typical, mica-based metallic. Apply over a dried-down primer. For optimal performance, apply over an unset primer. A tacky base (glitter glue) can also be used, but it is not necessary. You can apply with your finger or a dense packing or shader brush, such as the ones from our Stained Glass Brush Collection. Apply with patting motions instead of swiping. You can foil the shadow while on the brush using a setting spray. We recommend using MAC Fix Plus, but any setting spray will work. This will help minimize fallout and increase intensity. These shades blend out to a black base and lose their coloured shifts when blended too much. We recommend minimally buffing the edges of the shadow with a clean brush if you wish to soften them. The greater the curvature of the surface these shadows are applied to (i.e. eyelid), the more prominent the coloured shifts will be. Thus, we recommend using a maximum of two shades on your eye to get the full payoff of each shade. These also work great over top of black eyeliner for a more “wearable” multichrome look. We recommend applying your black eyeliner first and then laying the shadow on top in a thin layer to minimize fallout. You can spray the shadow with a setting spray on your liner brush or use a mixing medium for a smoother application.

This colour is fantastic. You can really see all of the shifts when you use this solely on the lid. It applies very smoothly over primer and there isn't any difficulty buffing it out (gently) at the edges. It's a very bold look, and I really think that you only need to use one of their shades for a look or you won't be able to see all of the shifts. The only issue I have with this shadow is that it creases on me very easily. I have oily eyelids, and I use NARS' eye primer which is good for oily lids. It still creases on me in 2-3 hours.

Stunning shade goes from teal blue green purple. I kind of regret that I purchased also Annel as the shift is the same but more greenish I could chose other shade instead. You need to read carefully brand description and look for swatches on YT before buying as some of them have the same shifting. Any how it's a beautiful shade but since it's so bold for me I will use it as an eyeliner as I'm not brave enough to imply it on full lid.
