Silver Eclipse (306)

Cle de Peau Silver Eclipse (306) Eye Color Quad ($55.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a set of peach, plum, silver, and black. It reminded me of New Year's Eve for some reason (maybe it's the mixture of black and silver with an overall metallic sheen). I think the colors work really well together, but I wasn't as impressed with the pigmentation or the texture of two of the shades. At this price point, I would expect perfection, particularly with respect to being soft, smooth, and blendable. It did apply better than I think it swatched, which was a nice surprise, but it could have been better. (Note, the price is for just the pan of four shades, if you want the official compact to house them, that will run you an additional $25. I keep all of mine in a Z-palette.)
