Chantecaille Bliss Cheek Shade ($44.00 for 0.08 oz.) is a light-medium pink with muted, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. The powder seemed to have a pearly overspray, as after the initial layer, it seemed to be mostly matte. (As pretty as oversprays can be, it's annoying when what lies underneath is matte or near-matte.)
Per the brand, the formula is described as having a "featherweight texture" that yields an "ultra-fine, creamy powder" that "adhere[s] flawlessly" and "blend[s] thoroughly for a natural flush." The texture was silky, creamy, and finely-milled but didn't feel dusty or kick up excess powder in the pan. It had good pigmentation, but the texture was forgiving that it could be built up by using a lighter hand or more feathery brush. On my skin, it looked mostly matte but natural, and it seemed to mix well with the natural oils on my face to give it a more natural, stain-like appearance. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me.
