The formula is supposed to have "intense colour" and a "high-shine finish" that is "longwearing" and "hydrating." The majority of the shades had semi-opaque to opaque coverage with a few having more translucent coverage. The color typically applied evenly and smoothly across my lips without tugging or settling noticeably into my lip lines.
The texture was emollient, more like a lipstick-lip-balm hybrid with moderate slip and a tendency to be more yielding as it warmed up against my lips, though it didn't start off stiff or firm either.
