Chanel Pourpre Brun (58) Ombre Premiere Longwear Powder Eyeshadow ($36.00 for 0.08 oz.) is a deep plum with subtle, warm undertones and a satin sheen. It had rich color coverage that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out well along the edges for a diffused look but didn't lose its intensity. The texture felt like a cream-powder hybrid (but more powder than cream), dense and smooth, but not too thick nor so emollient that it was hard to work with. This shade stayed on nicely for eight hours on me before creasing slightly.
