Splendeur et Audace #4 is a dusty, medium blue-teal with subtle, cool undertones and a frosted finish. The consistency was drier and slightly dusty in the pan, so the pigmentation wasn't quite opaque on its own--it was better over eyeshadow primer or applied with a dampened brush. It blended out nicely though, and it wore well for seven and a half hours before fading noticeably.
