The formula is supposed to have “rich colour in a single stroke” with a “satiny” finish. The lipstick pencil twists-up (no sharpening required), and the consistency is incredibly creamy, soft, and smooth. The coverage varied from mostly opaque to opaque, depending on the shade, and the wear time ranged between three to five hours with some shades (like the reds and fuchsias) leaving a stain behind.
It was a very hydrating and comfortable formula to wear, but they’re so soft that I felt like it was easy to over-apply the product when there isn’t much product in each tube (0.04 oz. compared to a standard Chanel lipstick, which is 0.12 oz.). Twist-up pencils usually contain less product than a twist-up tube of lipstick, but I wish these had a little more (like 0.08 oz.) or else not quite as pricey. I didn’t notice any scent or taste.
The average rating based on all reviewed shade(s) in this formula is shown below.
An easy-to-apply lipstick that delivers lasting, full-coverage colour and satiny shine in a smooth, comfortable texture. The twist-up retractable crayon offers convenient, on-the-go shading and impeccable touch-ups.

I chose a very bad color for me so it sits in my vanity for a really long time now. With that being said, I wore it a few times and it gets the job done. It's not something to be hyped about, because it is not long-wearing or highly pigmented, but you get a very nice product of high quality with average lenght of wearing.
