Bite Beauty Mauvember 2017 Multistick ($24.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a medium, rosy mauve with subtle, cool undertones and a semi-matte finish. It appeared more matte in finish as I blended and buffed out the product but had a subtle sheen to it when initially applied (particularly when worn at higher coverage).
As a lip color, it applied evenly and smoothly to the lips with opaque coverage when applied directly from the tube or a lip brush, and then had more semi-sheer, buildable coverage if applied using fingertips. The consistency is a bit thicker and denser, so I find fingertips to be the easiest to work with when it came to applying this as a cheek color, as it blended out a bit more readily with the heat of my fingertips, though it wasn't as blendable as I would have wanted. I have not had good luck with respect to wear time using the Multisticks on the eyes--this one creased on me within a half hour--but the wear on lips and cheeks (six hours and nine hours, respectively) was fantastic.
