Hoopla

Hoopla is described as a "glowing copper." It's a brightened, subtly muted medium gold with warm undertones and a metallic sheen. It had excellent pigmentation with a very blendable, long-wearing (eleven hours) formula, though the texture was a hair dry. It was more pigmented and smoother, but it was also more metallic (and therefore, lighter) than the one I have from before. L'Oreal Eternal Sunshine (P, $7.99) is lighter. ColourPop Get Lucky (P, $5.00) is less shimmery. Tarte No Champagne, No Gain (LE, ) is darker. Stila Vitality (P, ) is more muted. Tarte Up to No Gold (LE, ) is less shimmery.
