Exec is described as a "polished slate." It's a medium taupe with a satin-matte finish--there's a very hint of sheen but it's so subtle that it ends up looking more matte. It had nice pigmentation and felt very smooth and soft. MAC Bossa Blue is darker, warmer. Disney Midnight Hour #4 is darker. Disney Kill Joy is similar. Urban Decay Mushroom is darker, more shimmery.
