Anastasia Dream Glow Kit ($40.00 for 0.96 oz.) includes six, sparkling highlighters, which were described as a "buildable, metallic-lustre formula" that has "multi-dimensional sparkle." If you do not like glitter or sparkle, this will not be the palette for you as all six shades are chocked full of it! On the other hand, if you like duochromes and sparkles, then this palette may be right up your alley. They have stronger, more metallic finishes and sparkles and flecks of glitter that are visible on the skin.
It's a fun set of shades, but I think creating trios or duos of these shades would have been more useful. Most of the shades were semi-opaque or greater in "coverage," which sometimes came from a mix of base color and sparkle and others were more concentrated in the form of sparkles/sheen. I definitely saw that they did not have any strong white base that some duochrome highlighters have, which the brand worked to minimize in order to make the shades more workable across more skin tones.
