Release Date + Collection Info

MatteTrance™ is a richly-pigmented lipstick with a sensually creamy, powerful pigment that evokes screen siren glamour with every application. Each shade is presented like a jewel in a black-lacquered, couture case fashioned with a sensually surrealist golden lip—now available in a mini size.

Get entrancing color that satisfies with supreme hydration and opulent, matte opacity. This richly-pigmented formulation cloaks lips in a lightweight veil of rich color. It’s infused with optical diffusers that blur the appearance of imperfections, combined with a blend of polymers to provide flexibility and adherence. An advanced formulation of spherical particles ensure a creamy-soft texture for the smoothest film of color. Each shade is enmeshed in a powder film combined with saturated pigment for lightweight, opaque coverage. This lipstick lays down high-impact color with a strong finish.

These three shades are exactly the types of shades I love, especially 1995 and Omi. I don’t own any PMG lipsticks, but I will resist because being that these are exactly the type of shades I like best, I already have dupes in my collection. And I’m trying to make myself understand that not owning a lipstick by a particular brand is not a good reason to buy one. So although this looks like a really great set, I have to just say no.

Good for you Seraphine! I own lots of lippies in my favourite shades and I have to really stop myself from buying more as I have lots of dupes for the colours I already have.
But a new lippie is lovely!

Indya, I too tried to purchase them. It was in my basket and by time I added the samples hit order it said sold out!!! What really how??? Well like you I checked my local store. I called to make sure and they had two left. I had her set aside one for me and I was able to pick it up yesterday. So glad I waited because I wanted all these colors.

Yeah, same for me. I called one of the Sephora stores nearby and was told they are expecting it to arrive in the store soon but they don’t have a date🤷‍♀️

Thank you so much Christine for the heads-up!! I could order the mini set which sold out in minutes on the Canadian website. I have none of her lipsticks and I was curious to try the formula but there are no lipsticks available in the Sephora stores around where I live (online only). So it’s a good opportunity for me to try a few shades at a reasonable price point.

I definitely want to purchase this set. I have some of her palettes but have never tried her lipsticks. Only thing is the set sold out super fast in Canada and it’s not available at any of my local Sephora’s. Hopefully the “limited edition” will be restocked 🙂

I love minis !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure wish more brands did this. I don’t need any of these shades, but the right set … I’ll definitely buy.

It was available on the app today and of course out of stock. I asked to be updated by email and by the time I got around to reading the email, it was out of stock again. I tried refreshing the page but finally gave up. They sent a link in the email. You can’t refresh the app, lol! I will probably pick these up if it ever comes back because I prefer minis and the price point is right for 3 of these. He matte lippies are of really good quality. I do have 1995 in the full size, but it’s probably my favorite of the 3. Sephoras color is usually not very accurate.

I wonder how “mini” they are? Regardless, for $25.00 this seems like a pretty good deal. Going to throw this into my Sephora cart right now!

UGH, yep sold out in Canada and I didn’t even know about it until just now. Sigh. I signed up for an email reminder when it’s back in stock. Or I wonder if it just didn’t launch yet – sometimes that happens with new products. Anyway thanks for the heads up Christine, I don’t own anything from this brand but these minis are right up my alley! Wish this had been posted first for Rouge.

It was early access via the app (but I put the desktop link, where you could buy, too) for 24 hours yesterday – they seem to hold back stock when they do this, but it’s so hard to say.
