Natasha Denona Amorosa (36NP) I Need a Nude Lipstick ($25.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a medium, rosy beige with subtle, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had nearly opaque color payoff in a single layer, which applied fairly evenly, but the slightly thicker consistency had a tendency to separate along my lip lines and settle into them.
The consistency was lightly creamy, denser but not uncomfortable to apply. The settling worsened over the four hours the lipstick lasted for, though the formula was lightly hydrating to wear, so it wasn’t drying at least.

Formula Overview

The formula is supposed to "lightweight" with a "creamy" texture and a "softly luminous finish" that feels "deeply hydrating." There was no reference to coverage, but the promotional swatches showed opaque coverage.
The range is broken up into four undertones: Beige (suits neutral, warm, red skin tones), Neutral Beige (suits all skin tones), Neutral Pink (suits all skin tones), and Pink (suits warm and yellow skin tones). The shades also range from very light to deep so that there's one that will "flatter each and every skin tone."
They are pigmented with semi-opaque to opaque coverage in a single layer, and the majority of the shades applied evenly to my lips. They have a denser, more velvety formula that had some creaminess to them without feeling traditionally wet or emollient. The formula has satin-to-cream finish that wears down to a semi-matte finish within two to three hours or can be quickly blotted down if preferred.
I noticed that most shades had a bit of product that sank into my deeper lip lines with it often not being noticeable in person, just in the close-up photos, but lighter shades were more likely to be visible in person as well as in the close-up photos. They wore between four and six hours, were lightly hydrating to non-drying, and wore away evenly. The formula has a fairly strong, sweet vanilla scent but no discernible taste.

From the swatched I’d hoped for a slightly deeper shade. It is very pale instead. Not a easy shade too wear, it flatters quite few complexions.
It looks good on you, but I believe it would wash my face out because it’s so light that I believe it would literally be a pink hued concealer lips type nude on me. No bueno.
This is waaaay too pale for a lot of complexions to wear and it isn’t even that great.
You amaze me how you can pull off anything! However, that lipstick is an easy pass for me. Too much light beige for my skin tone.
Right up my alley, but I’ve got more than a dozen shades close enough that I can skip this one.
In fact, this could be a dupe for the custom Bite Beauty lipstick I had made last fall.
Doh, I purchased this lipstick rather spontaneously with the rest of the ND mini Love collection and have multiple dupes, but the finishes are different. Oh Snap is a favourite Lippie Stix so I am at least guaranteed to love the colour. I have PMG Donatella as well. Ooops.
