Oh my – the Taupe/Suede one and the Quartz one have both really caught my eye. And as is ALWAYS the case, there are 1 or 2 shades in the Copper palette that I really like (Pampelonne and Yokohama). How I wish this could be “customized”.
If Quartz Voyageur performs really well and doesn’t look like anything else I have, then it’s a “maybe”. You know I’m a sucker for a good purple palette!
Some nice little palettes — Taupe and Quartz are especially nice, though in both the two darkest shades are (IMO) too similar. There’s no arm swatch photo for Nectar, which looks like another winner (though maybe a couple too-close shades there as well).
Just to clarify what the REAL name of Taupe/Suede is, checked Nars.com. Apparently these are not available there, yet, anyway. How confusing to have the same palette with two different names. Let’s see how your sneak peeks and/or reviews do, before we rush in. I like the trend towards smaller palettes.
Quartz caught my eye but unfortunately it is the only palette without any mattes (the other three have two mattes each). And while the mini size is indeed convenient for travelling, the lack of a matte means that you have to use one from another palette or a single one. I would have loved to have a transition color included in Quartz.
That purple palette will be mine. It looks gorgeous for the summer.
Nectar directly reminds me of Viseart Siren Theory palette –which I have and enjoy, so I’m set — and also a bit of the upcoming Viseart Apricotine Petit Pro.
I saw the 2 variants for Ulta in store today — they are mini palettes, the size is a little smaller than the NARS full size single highlighters. Given the right combination of shades, these could be great travel palettes depending on someone’s preference!
These look really nice and I am having trouble deciding which is my favourite – Quartz or Taupe…
These would be interesting for travelling. The price point isn’t bad. I think I’ll have a look see at the Copper and Taupe at Sephora this week. I’ve been doing very good on my no/low buy so I won’t buy unless I’m blown away.
I have a love/hate thing with Nars e/s palettes… Liking the Quartz palette, but believe I can dupe it out.
I like the size of these, just never been impressed with Nars shadows
Quartz has my attention. Can I have enough purple palettes? No.
These are really pretty. I love the jewel tones in one of them. Rinse & repeat with the Red/Orange eyeshadow trend of which I am unable to wear these cantaloupe colored e/s but do love a good copper color eyeshadow.
Nars is really on a roll with eyeshadow palettes these past 2 years. I love. “Skin Deep” and thought I would not like it as much as I do. Pleasantly surprised by Nars Again, sigh….
Guess I will get Taupe and Quartz since the shades are named after places and neighborhood in Dubai where I live. Plus they’re really gorgeous, I’m in live ?
I bought the Quartz palette and it’s really underwhelming. I haven’t returned it, because I’m hoping that I just need to “break through” the top layer, but it definitely doesn’t merit the NARS price.
