Exactly. If you don’t have it, you’ve got 100 dupes. My deal is: if there’s no orgasm (5 is enough, and they all look different, depotted and side by side) and no Laguna, I say go for it. In general, I do like their blushes and red, red/brown lips. Shadows, pencils, foundations, contouring, not so much. He used to have blush cornered, but now there are so many excellent competitors.

Seriously! I would *love* to see a “throwback” palette of some of the long DC’d shadows like Santorini, Moulin Rouge, Can Can, etc… So many beautiful bright, vivid shades to pull from! I haven’t purchased from NARS in well over a year (besides the L’Amour Tojours L’Amour palette…).

What’s that purple one called, and is it a blush or a shadow single? The BLKR blush palette looks like it contains some a couple of the “usual suspects”- Sin and Orgasm.

I own very few Nars products. A lip pencil or two and Copacabana The Multiples highlight stick. For those who know this brand well, is there anything great in this collection that one should have in her collection? Some pieces look appealing but I could also pass.

Laguna AND Casino?! How did we get so lucky?!

I love Nars, but c’mon. Stop trying making Laguna happen. It’s not going to happen.

Lol my thoughts exactly! This is the most boring and useless combo that I’ve seen released. Aside from makeup artists, does the average user need both bronzers?

Zzzzzz, the only thing that looks interesting to me is the purple blush. Christine, under your review today for the new UD Vice purple lippies, you posted the wrong color swatches.

I actually don’t mind the palette even though I know that all the colours are dupable.
But I don’t really own anything from NARS except Misfit duo and I gave that away.

I guess I don’t have too much NARS because I’m still interested in the shadow palette. Too bad there isn’t a boutique close by. Will they also be available in their online store?

Yeah, 20 years ago, he was one of the better games in town. Very creative and at times, daring. Who did a Taj Mahal besides Nars? Nobody. Now, everybody does and many do it better. I believe he was cutting edge, but now, his edge is cut. Audacious was a ground breaker, though. Funny that he never adds to that line, but does to his old formula and adds others, like hardwired. It is as if he has gone from being an entrepreneur, to being a mature brand. Kind of sad. Kind of like Lauder, who at least recognizes that it is time to refresh and revamp, especially since EL has probably lost their sizeable Asian market, with the rise of K &J beauty. Cosmetics is one big global chessboard.

Since I’m apparently the only person on the face of the earth who doesn’t own the Laguna bronzer, that blush palette looks like something I might be interested in. Unless, of course, one of those blushes is Orgasm. There’s no way I’d pay $59 for a palette with a blush I couldn’t use AND a lip pencil I’d have to “work” with in order to wear.

Laguna n Casino is the best of both worlds! If i didn’t have either i’d definitely grab this!! And yes as much as they “launch” Laguna u should have it a thousand times over by now lol.

Well here we go again. The eyeshadow palette looks ok but without having to be able to swatch it first, I won’t buy it, as his palette shadow quality can be hit or miss. I bought “Narcissist” a few years back and the shadows are hard to use, patchy and overall terrible. “And God Created the Woman” shadows were quite good. But this collection looks like “rinse and repeat”. I am Laguna’d out. And Bengali. Etc etc etc.

well, well, well…it’s about dmn tiiiiime NARS started paying more respect to the Silent HERO which is CASINO!!!! Although by now there should be no makeup lover that doesn’t have Laguna **rolls eyes** Casino should be promoted more often becuz i feel like it’s overlooked thanx to that L word lol.
