Moira Red Statement Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.009 oz.) is a vivid, cherry red with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish.

The formula is supposed to have "high color payoff" with "all-day wear" that "easily glides on" and is "waterproof." The majority of the range was quite pigmented in a single stroke and easily built up to full coverage. The texture was smooth, creamy without being emollient, and quick to set into place.
They had more average wear than I expected; most of the shades lasted only a few hours on my water line and about eight hours on my lower lash line (which is a solid formula for my experience but not stellar wear). If I ran swatches under water, they didn't smudge or run, so I was surprised they weren't longer-wearing in practice on my eyes.

I really want Red and Orange…for my LIPS!
When I was in the eighth grade (2003-2004) I couldn’t find a hot pink eyeliner, so I always used a lipliner instead (😂). My 14-year-old self is squealing over these!
These are pretty good quality, after the array of duds we’ve had lately. The brand has done well to get these vivid matte shades right.
Hmm, they may not be what the FDA considers eye-safe, but I like them!

Can they be worn on the waterline?
They can! I am guessing some of these might technically not be eye safe (in the US but fine in EU) given the red colorings… so if you are sensitive to that, you might stay away!
This is such a cool range. I had to check if they were eye or lip pencils. I love me a good red as eyeliner.

I do love me some funky colored eyeliners. But I just bought the Colourpop gel liners vault (the potted ones) so I’ll just keep my eye on any further releases from Moira.
