I love this formula and shade for a buildable, glowing-from-within look. This shade is perfect for summer on my light skin. I agree with the other review that said to use a denser brush if you want more pigment.

I have this concealer in three shades, 0.5, 1c, and 1.5c, and they are all really nice for my skin tone, depending on the time of year. The formula on this concealer is just gorgeous to use under the eyes, and for spot concealing, and for brightening/highlighting. It is long wearing, doesn’t end up cakey, and doesn’t separate on the skin. It’s a lightweight formula, and pairs well with her other complexion products.

I know the original inspiration for the Identity palettes were to create color stories perfect for brown eyes, but I have to say I think they are also perfect with blue eyes. These are beautiful jewel tones and neutrals in amazingly easy-to-use formulas. The shimmer formula from Persona is one of my favorites of anything I’ve ever tried. This is a versatile color story, and the perfect palette to travel with. I am crazy about this palette!

Incredible pigmentation, so easy to work with, and just a gorgeous lid color. It’s not too green, where it can’t be a neutral eye look when you wear it.

I couldn’t be more in LOVE with an eyeshadow palette. The colors are perfectly curated for a light, cool skin tone like mine, and the formula on every single color is so lovely and easy to work with. For the amount of product you get, and especially with the Temptalia15 coupon code, this is an excellent value and worth every penny. Sydney Grace is amazing!

For me this was a great alternative to Ruby Woo, which is such a beautiful color, but the Retro Matte formula is too drying for me. (Of course now that I have found Temptalia, I can see all of the non-matte dupes for Ruby Woo!)

I’m sure anyone who comes to this page to look up Bobbi Brown Wheat eyeshadow, are looking for a cool-toned contour for pale skin. If you look up what product to use to contour fair, cool-toned skin, Wheat comes up as the perfect color, and was recommended by Nikkie tutorials in 2015, and almost any pale skinned blogger for a few years after that. Alas, all these recommendations for Wheat were shared before it was discontinued, so even though it still comes up in internet searches as the pale, cool contour color extraordinaire, it’s very hard to find. It really is a great color, and the dupes here are all good recommendations for substitutes. People look for a dupe for Wheat who have never actually used Wheat, because it was so widely recommended. And that’s what is great about Temptalia!

I remember when Kevyn Aucoin’s books, “Face Forward,” and “Making Faces,” came out, and I was fascinated by his awe inspiring ability to transform faces completely with makeup. Contouring and highlighting and all that was not mainstream at the time, and although I loved the books, I couldn’t come close to even attempting to try what he did. (Although that’s where I learned the inner eye corner highlight, which he said he did because he studied his young nieces little face and children have a natural lightness there, so adding the highlight with makeup creates a more youthful appearance). I was so excited to see these contour palettes by Kevyn Aucoin’s makeup brand. I know he designed the formula for the sculpting power before he passed away, and I love that the company went on to create the palettes including his quotations and guides. This has the cream contour and highlight colors as well as the sculpting powder and powder candlelight highlight. But not only that, it has four shades of eyeshadow as well, so you can contour your eyes as well. I love it. I love that I can take out the books with my daughter and actually have the products to try out some of his techniques.

Ruby Woo is the perfect shade, but it's a *Retro Matte* and quite drying. MAC has what I think is a virtually identical shade of true red, but it's a Matte formulation, very comfortable to wear and stays put. It's called Red Rock and I highly recommend it.

I used to use this in the summer instead of my usual “fair” color, and it was so pretty. I feel like it was perfect for my slightly tanned skin, particularly because I used sunless tanner as well. It was a little warmer than my normal shade, but perfect for someone with fair pink skin with a slight fake tan! 🙂 I used it before going to the beach, and it didn’t get all gross even when I applied spray sunscreen over it.

This is a beautiful neutral for a quick everyday look. I really like the Amethyst color with my green-blue eyes.

So, after trying other colors of this formula, I felt like I had to find and try this famous color. The color is really nice for cooler skin tones, but it didn’t blend as nicely as the newer colors or apply as evenly as the newer released colors I have. It is almost as if this is more waxy than the new ones. It does last a long time, but I really never reach for this because it’s not fun to work with!
