Maybelline Pink Fever (20) Master Glaze Blush ($8.99 for 0.24 oz.) is a cool-toned, light-medium pink with white shimmer. Too Faced Jingle All the Way Blush (LE) is a powder. Urban Decay Quickie (LE) is less shimmery, powder. NARS Gaiety (P, $29.00) is lighter, powder. MAC Peony Petal (P, $21.00) is a powder. MAC I’m the One (LE, $21.00) is a powder. See comparison swatches / view dupes.

The Master Glaze blush formula is supposed to give dewy, sheer color. It applies sheer in one layer, but I found it to also be buildable to light-medium coverage. The consistency is quite emollient with a high degree of slip, and it doesn’t fully set or dry down, so the finish is more luminous–which may look oily if your skin is already naturally dewy. It didn’t emphasize pores, and the shimmer seemed almost undetectable once applied. On my normal-to-dry skin, Pink Fever wore well for six hours, but it was faded and patchy after that.

Snow Peach is so pretty. I’m just starting to wear corals in my old age. I purchased Attrape-Coeur which I love, and over the weekend I got Revlon Coralberry. So pretty. I also ordered Dior Fluid Stick in Rieuse.

I was eyeing this blush but now I’m not so thrilled. I have oily-combination skin. Thanks for saving me from a so-so purchase, Christine! By the way, what are you wearing on your lips? It is super pretty

I think this blush looks fantastic on you. What I want to know is where do you buy your ear rings? You have some of the nicest ear rings I have ever seen. I have been reading your blog for over 2 years now and I want just about every single pair of ear rings you own. They are EACTLY the type I love wearing.
