Marchesa for Le Metier de Beaute Collection for Fall 2010
Marchesa for Le Metier de Beaute Collection for Fall 2010
Dedication to design, detail and to the experience; Marchesa and Le Métier de Beauté bring women back to a time when the “craft of the craft” was so important, while simultaneously bringing them forward with the best in luxury technology. With this like-minded approach, the collaboration between the two came naturally. Introducing Marchesa for Le Métier de Beauté, the first collection to evolve from this joint collaboration, a true partnership in beauty, a new venture into irresistible luxury.
“Each season,” explains Georgina Chapman, co-founder and designer of Marchesa, “Keren Craig and I introduce a new collection, but with the classic and consistent signature that is Marchesa – we transport our customers back to a time when luxury fashion meant the best in tailoring, design, fabric, etc. When it came to launching a cosmetics collection, we wanted to do the same and we found immediately that Le Métier de Beauté shared these same core values.”
“The Collection takes the unparalleled textures and formulas Le Métier de Beauté is known for and transfixes them with the essence of Marchesa,” says Joanna Vorachek Austin, President of Le Métier de Beauté. “From the sleek packaging and the innovative formulas to the flawless application, the Marchesa for Le Métier de Beauté collaboration brings the best of both brands to the forefront of luxury.”

i’ll have to check this out in person to see why the prices are so insane! talk about breaking bank.
LOVE le metier.. please post swatches in the future!
Hey lovely, do you know if these will be available in the UK at all? Thanks!! xx
I’m not sure – the info I have is just for U.S.
Le Metier de Beauté is a wonderful luxury line, but how can anyone be expected to love it or leave it when there aren’t any pictures of the products? I can understand that products might not be available for swatching, but doesn’t LMdeB at least have promo pictures?
Hi Eileen,
These are all the images I have, sorry! There are descriptions of the colors/theme of the launch, so you can at least get some kind of idea 🙂
Here is a link I found with a look into the palette 🙂

I honestly can’t imagine ever paying these kind of prices for cosmetics. It sounds wonderful and luxurious, but I could never justify $65 for a credit card sized palette. I can barely excuse paying $14.50 for a lipstick =P
I think I could only buy this if these kinds of products turned out to be my perfect everything =)
I LOVE Marchesa….. ::DROOOLS::
I was able to try the Lip Kaleidoscope at Neiman Marcus and the pigmentation was insane! I was really impressed but wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend $95 on a lip palette. I really like the design though. Their lip glosses are nice as well. I’m curious about these new ones…
This is by far the most exciting makeup collection that I’ve read about for Fall 2010! In the words of Rachel Zoe, “I die!”
Do you know when this collection is coming out like the date? I realy want it=]
I don’t have a particular date, other than October.
Hello, it’s July 2012 and I just received a “free gift” after ordering 3 pairs of shoes at Neiman’s. I had to order then due to sizing issues. When the box of shoes arrived, Neiman’s included a nice sample of lip gloss. It was Marchesa by Le Métier de Beaute. It was double ended with the colors of “La Nou / La Rouge”. I am IN LOVE with this product and am desperate to find it!!! I will travel overseas to find it, I will do anything! I’m 40 years-old and feel like I deserve to own lip colors I absoutely love! Can anyone help me? How can I get a hold of this product? I will gladly purchase samples if that is a that is available. Someone please offer advice! Thank you!!’
