The formula is supposed to be pigmented, long-wearing, and blendable (for more on how it compares to the previous formula, check out this post). The updated version of this shade is more muted and pulls pinker overall, and it is also more matte on the skin (even when blended). I found the color to darken slightly when applied to the cheeks after a few minutes (likely due to the natural oils on my skin), which made it closer to the original shade’s color once applied. It’s still a more vibrant shade–one of the boldest in the range–with semi-opaque pigmentation. The consistency was soft, fairly smooth, and blendable with a thinner feel overall. It wore well for eight hours on me.

You look gorgeous, Christine!!!! That shade suits you!
Aw, thank you Stephanie! I did not feel it did, lol!
Just beautiful!
Glad ya liked it, Tammy!
Hmm, it looks kind of dry in the swatch, but it looks nice on your cheeks, probably mixes with the natural oils.
Yep, that is my guess!
A nice shade for summer (with the name to match!). I like how bold it is.
It’s one of the brighter ones in the range!
That’s much brighter and more coral than it looks in the pan. I love it! Very pretty.
It really does brighten up!
Whoa!!! That really did darken up considerably once applied! It honestly looked way too light for my liking in the actual pan, so this was a pleasant surprise that I wasn’t expecting. Very sunny and summery.
I’ve found some mattes to do this (generally), but more so with the MUG blushes.
Such a pretty shade!
I’m glad you liked it!
Hey, I like brighter, more pigmented, old formula. Luckily, snagged before ‘improved.’ On my iPad, this one pulls quite pink, even when I cover up your lips. Not on me at all, the old one. Looking forward to your mug blush reviews.
There’s a more distinctive red tone to the newer version – it’s like to reduce the brightness/orange, they pulled in more red/magenta.
