Blue My Mind is beautiful!
The two shades I like (Hayride and Leafing So Soon) look very patchy in the swatches. I also noticed that Pink Of Me is also the name of a Marc Jacobs Highliner that I use on my lower waterline sometimes.
I at least see a few very 90’s shades that one could do a grungy eye with: Apple Pie and, duh, Grunge.
Blew Me Away is the stunner of the pack!
Autumn Breeze and Blue My Mind are just beautiful.
Leafing So Soon is the sort of color I gravitate towards, but it is so patchy!
That blue is aptly named – WOW, it is beautiful. Autumn Breeze doesn’t look quite as good – a bit patchy/pale – but it’s still a gorgeous colour and I’ll be checking my stash for dupes. And Grunge – that is just my sort of colour!
Blue My Mind looks pretty spectacular!
I agree with the consensus and that is the shade, Blue My Mind, is absolutely the stunner of this release. As per usual, a few shades look amazing and then an equal number look patchy. Nothing terribly innovative or must-have here. I like Marlena a lot and am proud of her success in launching MUG but something has run off the rails for the past couple of years and I am hoping that she can turn things around. It is great that overall she can maintain a relatively low price point but I don’t visit MUG’s website at all anymore and feel like competition from brands like ELF, NYX, ColourPop , etc seem to have overshadowed MUG.
Blue My Mind, is blowing my mind 😉 Beautiful, so it may be a purchase (after I check you dupes 😉 ) also, Autumn Breeze looks nice and Grunge seems solid.
Good swatches. As everyone said, Blue MM is the really nice one. Seeing this brand here makes me realize how things have changed. The marketing this through Influencers was strong and then it wasn’t. I think what changed is that MAC, who she was molding these after, dropped their price on their single eyeshadows to only $6, and then this brand did not have a selling point. This was the cheaper alternative to MAC. And so the marketing seems to have gone bye-bye. It also makes you have some perspective as a consumer- these Influencers on YouTube- it sure looks like they rave about brands that help their bottom line. Every Influencer was using these shadows as the best thing since white bread until they one day they don’t. Same with the Sigma brushes, and on and on. Influencers rave how amazing fill-in-the-blank is until one day they’ve moved on to perhaps a more lucrative deal. We as consumers need to be cognizant of that and remind ourselves.
