Make Up For Ever Artist Face Colors – Highlighters
Make Up For Ever Artist Face Color ($23.00 for 0.17 oz.) is available in three types–Highlighter, Sculpting, and Blush–with a total of 34 shades available. I just finished swatching everything late last night, and I’ve divided the swatches into the three types. This post features the highlighters!
H312 has caught my eye, but not for me for my cousin actually. She’s darker than me, but I think this would work perfectly on her if it rates well.
Hopefully it reviews well!
Hmmm…none of these are quite moving me? Don’t know why, except that they just seem to fall on the 2 more extreme ends of either the dark or light spectrum.
I had the same reaction! I either wanted a darker H102 or a lighter H106.
Oooh, that gold highlighter is so pretty, might need that one! And the copper looks good too for deeper skintones, but the others look kind of meh or weird. Some of the “highligghters” are so matte looking, they could be used as face powders, and the range is either ghost white or jaundice yellow, very strange
Highlighters dont all have to be shimmery, matte powders to highlight the face has been around for forever.
That H108 would be really interesting to me if I didn’t already have two yellow blushes and a yellow highlighter.
I am so excited about these – highlighters and bronzers/contour powders really get me excited! I can’t wait to test out this formula at some point when it arrives in Canada!
Hmm – they’re OK, but the market is saturated with highlighters at much cheaper price points.
Easy pass for me! I can appreciate an highlighter with a more subtle shine but most of those seem… Dull? Except if a try on change my mind I won’t be purchasing any of those.
Oooh interesting!
