We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! The packaging is actually super cute! The outside of the palettes and blushes have a raised matte and glossy finish with designs related to Stranger Things, like Hawkins High and the Upside-down, even the little mirror protector/dust covers are opaque and covered with art. There’s 2 makeup brushes too. It reminded me of old MAC collabs, I like it and the colors all swatch well!

I actually think these eyeshadow palettes look quite good – the swatches indicate that they are of reasonably good quality and pigmentation – something you can’t always say about MAC’s releases these days. Whilst I do think that the Code Red shade looks out of place in The Void palette (why a red?) it may tie in with the show (which I have never watched).

i dont like the packaging. but surprisingly i like the different colours of the eyeshadows. they are different to a lot of colours been released by many brands lately.

I’d rather put a hole in my head with a dull spoon than purchase more makeup at this point (I can’t believe I’m at this point, honestly, I’ve loved makeup for thirty years straight), buuut, I rather liked what they did with this collection. Fun colors, cute packaging that’s not so niche it only appeals to diehard fans, nothing bulky, everything is usable. Yeah, I like it. MAC slowed down their releases (or maybe CP sped up?) and I’ve rather liked a lot of them. This one, the holiday magic one, that arty one, some collabs, etc.. They’ve quietly plugged along and now I’m back on board. I’ve got a few of these on my favorites list and if any go on sale I’d pick up a piece to have it. So glad you were able to swatch the collection. I even want the face brush!
