You don’t have to “go crazy” just go online on the day of the launch and add it to your bag…?
I guess what she meant was in recent LE launches, there has been chaos from orders being cancelled to stuff being out of stock minutes after being launched.

I wish evil eye was not a disappointing, dry and sheer eyeshadow as it was when it was released on the evil eye quad. Its such a gorgeous color! I hope the quality improves now that it is not inside a quad (fingers crossed)
I am really looking forward to all the shadows except for the one with lustre finish. All these colors are why I always die for fall collections!

I can’t wait to get my hands on Sweet Succlence and Just a Bite. Just curious – when MAC releases a new collection online, does it come out at midnight on the release day? I need to know when to start obsessively refreshing my browser!
Iv’e stalked a couple of MAC collections, and they have never released at 12am exactly on the site. I usually set an alarm to 7am or 8am and I buy from there. Iv’e always gotten what I wanted from a collection that way. I know, I’m obsessed. LOL

Collections tend to come out sometimes up to a week early online.
This is the collection I have been looking forward to most this fall! There are a couple of lipsticks and eye shadows that look nice. And cream blush!
I’ll have to pass, nothing looks tempting which is probably a good thing for my wallet…
I have never tried their nail polish… I guess I will be now… the Fluid line creme eyeliners look very tempting esp the taupe and gold. Sigh… Captain Crunch cereal for 1 month .. lol..
Cannot recommend their nail polish. IMHO it’s one of the worst ones out there, and definitely not worth the money. They are thin, patchy and have uneven coverage. I think I’ve returned every single one I’ve bought. I do sometimes get sucked in by the colours and always regret it!. There are tons that are better formulated at better prices.

I agree 100% I’ve bought several polishes from them thinking maybe it was just the color or finish but every single one ive purchased has had the worst coverage, and they chip the same day! And I don’t have issues with any other polishes chipping. I wish the quality was better especially since they’re not cheap! :/
First MAC collection in a while that has actually interested me at all. Christine, I’ll be interested in reading your reviews of the eye shadows especially (the other items too but especially the shadows) since a few of them appeal to me but I fear they appeal to me because they’re so close to shades I already have in multiples. But ya never know!
My money……take all of it now lol.
Just a bite, the lighter blush and a couple of the eyeshadows are calling me. Finally, an exciting collection!

The two blushes look interesting. The nail polishes are nice but I suspect that they will be easily (and cheaply) dupeable. I’ll look forward to Christine’s reviews on the lippies and fluidlines before deciding on those. As for the rest — meh!
I don’t know about the makeup yet, but I’m loving the LaChapelle inspired campaign.
I like that this collection is called “Indulge” and in the one photo the woman is pushing away the plate of desserts.
Ok am I the only one more enamoured by the clothes and accessories than that cosmetics? They’re fabulous and I want to know where I can buy them!!

I’m not sure about the promo images. I get that they were going for a decadent 80s vibe, but the lighting seems creepy and a bit ‘unreal’. But this collection has a ton of veluxe pearl eyeshadows, so I’m on board, creepy or not.

Some pretty shadows in the promo pics but I’ll hunt for dupes. The setting for the models looks odd though… Like something from an old horror movie, something a la House on Haunted Hill.

I ended up getting Sweet Succulence and Just a Bite lipsticks, Glamour Feast blush, and Beluga, Gilty Morsel, and Divine Decadence eye shadows. I hope none of these are disappointing, this is the first mac collection I’ve been interested in in awhile!
I went ahead and ordered Sweet Succulence and the taupe fluidline without waiting on reviews because I can’t shop around at stores.

All I ordered was just a bite, I’m obsessed with blue reds! Haha I’m thinking of going in and picking up a few other things when it hits stores depending on your swatches. I just wanna see how the fluidlines look!

I got my order today! Sweet Succulence is a little streaky when I first put it on but with a few seconds lipsmacking it’s a gorgeous dark plum, wears like a lustre,. The Rich whatever fluidline is really glittery and a warm taupe.
