MAC Colour Ready Collection Promo Photos

I didn’t have time to post these earlier (I was already ten minutes late leaving for class so I could get Naked Honey up, LOL), but I had a few minutes between classes to get these up for you 🙂 These are pictures for Colour Ready. As some of you figured out, Colour Ready has several repromotes in it, but I believe the focus is on the expansion of the Prep + Prime line, and less so as a color collection. Kind of like… getting your skin ready to take color? LOL.

They should have just promoted Prep + Prime if that’s what the collection is about. I’m interested in the translucent powder, but that’s about it.

I was wondering if the mini color collection is a way for MAC to get Show Orchid out there. Lots of celebs have been sporting it lately (Kelly Osborne). I am interested in trying it on!

A repromote and smaller version of the blush brush, & it’s cute cause it comes in a to’go plastic zip pouch so you can take it with you everywhere! good for applyin’ your blot powders and reg.powders.
same price as the reg. blush brush though.

Hey I used this powder on our british update at tate modern and its got more of a sheer metalic finish to it containing mica, so the powder is like the prep and prime skinfinish primer, leaves a silky almost glittery finish but in a powder! Where as pro is a matte finish. Grace Jones had this used on her by Terry Barber-director of artistry for MAC, when she was in the uk and he found out she stole it after doing her make up!! Hope this helps, all of the primer products are amazing I cant wait to get the powder and line filler!!! Hope this helps!

i absolutely LOVE the new prep + prime collection. we’ve been needing these products… and we finally got it! it works incredibly amazing and mattifies the skin. the refined zone is bomb.com along with the line filler for individuals who have larger pores. all these products are long term treatments nothing like any other skin care products in the line and honestly works from beneath the skin. i’m telling you now.. it is a MUST HAVE!
