LYS Beauty Cream Blushes & Powder Bronzers | Swatches
LYS Beauty just launched at Sephora last week! I picked up the LYS Beauty Higher Standard Satin Matte Cream Blush ($16.00 for 0.23 oz.) range, which has six shades, along with the LYS Beauty No Limits Matte Bronzer ($18.00 for 0.23 oz.), which has five shades. Unfortunately, I put two of the same shade in my cart and missed one shade, so I’ll add that to the post next week!
I don’t know, LYS Beauty, when you make cute little triangle packaging that fits together, maybe should only create shades in multiples of 6 so that collections can fit together…
…the average customer is going to buy 6 shades of bronzer meant for drastically different skin tones?
I imagine one could mix and match blushes and bronzers, and as someone who likes symmetry I appreciated Boo’s joke.
Same. Besides, it would show extra thought behind a company’s products and releases. “Hey, we really committed to this style.” Otherwise it’s just a gimmick, albeit a successful one. When was the last time we saw triangles versus circles or squares?
These look so nice! I hope they rate as good as they look.
Yay! I’m hopeful for these reviews since the price is right for them!
I hear they are the first clean black beauty brand. I’ll probably pick up one these reasonably priced cream blushes to see how I like them. Passion looks pretty.
These do look great! Swatches, packaging, price point and the way it looks on Christine are all promising. It’s just the application and the longevity that I’m not sure of right now. I like these enough that I might order before the reviews are read. I have my eye on Kindness, Confident, Motivate, and Courage.
Kindness and perhaps Self Love are the shades that would most suit me. The swatches of all the products looks very promising and the price is reasonable too.
These are hard to resist. If they pass the muster with Christine, I’ll be picking up a few at this price.
These look very promising! Love quite a few of the blushes: Confident, Empower, Passion, Self-love, and also the Strength bronzer. That last one may even be a good sub for my disappearing Jawbone! Anyway, I’m excited for this brand.
ooh those blush colors are so rich. they look like they’d be great colors on a ton of skintones.
Oooh! I love new makeup brands! These look fun and I love the idea of mixing and matching.
I saw these on Sephora and was curious about the quality. I’m a sucker for interesting packaging and blush isn’t huge in my collection so there’s always room for one more.
Very much reminds me of Fenty cream blushes. You can tell when brands really are looking for naturally complementary shades for more complexions. I can’t explain, but they look more muted, but go on beautifully.
