We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! I’d be interested in a review. But,Lorac is so scattered in quality . I’m saving for Viseart now. Unless this reviewed really we’ll, I’ll pass. Why LE..I thought this was a fall release? Its June. Thats silly.

I scooped one up. Can’t resist a cobalt. I’m a little leery of Lorac since the Mega Pro Incident 😛 but this one is reasonable and I’m interested. Plus it has lots of great colors for blue/green eyes. Thanks for the notice.

I think these colors would be beautiful on you 🙂 You’d get a decent base of neutral-ish shades like Quartz, Onyx, and Graphite to build looks and the rest will make for great accent colors or as the basis for a smokey eye. Or you could always ease into some of the colors by using them as liner.

Hi Celia. Its Nicole again ! You are always so helpful to me. I think I may get this and hope the quality of the pro 1 and 2 is there. I have hazel eyes. I’m not a MUA. But ,i tend to like greens, oranges, gold, rose gold. What do you think. I know this is pretty inexpensive. I did just but ther contour palette. So, I guess I’ll have to pay shipping on this ! Ugh! Do you think it would be a Good one for me? I do want my Viseart palettes. I think,im going to have to work those into,paydays..almost like a bill, lol! Oh the touch in sol liners..super fab!so fun! Sorry for so,many ? S. You seem to know coloring well.I lack that skill and usually copy Christines looks , lol. Same eye and skin coloring! Makes my life easier!thanks again. Take your time answering!

I think this palette in particular is pretty versatile as to which eye colors it will complement and has plenty of power for hazel eyes 🙂 As an orangey-gold fan myself, this palette seems like a nice basic for traveling. Once mine comes and I can swatch it I’ll let you know what I think of the quality. The Viseart palettes are definitely something I put money aside for as well when I bought them (which is a little nerve-wracking because those palettes are VERY delicate and can easily break in shipping but they’re definitely a lovely and worthwhile purchase. My Bridal Satins is broken but still works a charm so just a warning you may want to ask for extra packaging if you’re going the shipping route). Cobalt itself also tends to be very nice on hazel eyes. Very convenient to have similar coloring to Christine. Not only can you replicate her looks, but I find most colors can do a very good job complementing such coloring when used in flattering ways. And no need to apologize for lots of questions! I’m always happy to help.

Hey Nicole 🙂 My palette JUST arrived so I’ve only gotten to swatch and apply a single look, but first impressions are extremely positive. Lorac’s formula here is perhaps the best it’s ever felt to me, including Pro 1 and Pro 2. It’s so creamy it feels like a hyrbid shadow rather than a powder formula and goes on opaque and smooth. The pigmentation is absolutely intense and even swatched dry they looked foiled. I am wearing cobalt during the day and will test some others later and tomorrow to update you on wear but I’m completely floored by this. Perfect little size for travel, DEFINITELY has something for every eye color, and there isn’t a dud in the bunch. Even Quartz turned out to be a shade I like a lot (it’s a white-gold, not just an off-white or white metallic). Gilded, Rose Gold, and Amber can definitely give off that coppery-orangey-gold look you like.

Hey Celia, I somehow missed your previous response to my question. I’ve had some crazy stuff going on at my home. Major rehab in process with no notice after our living room ceiling caved in last weekend! Nuts! Anywhoo.. I just ordered it! You made it sound too good to pass up. Thanks for the heads up on the Viseart palettes and their fragility.I will definitely ask for extra padding. I’m not sure if Sephora would honor that request. So, I’ll probably just go through one of the other companies Christina mentioned. Oh, the Besame lipsticks came! I have only, worn Portrait Pink. Love it…it’s so pretty! :)Thanks for all your help again!

I have both the Lorac 1 and 2 Pro palettes, but didn’t get the Mega Pro palette.
What was the ‘Mega Pro Incident?’ Was it not up to quality?

(made me laugh, ha ha – – – ‘incident.’ ha!)

Clover, Graphite and Cobalt are really appealing colours. We’re going south of the border in a few weeks and I was planning to get the #2 Pro Palette but I’m almost tempted to get this instead, but I probably already have multiple dupes for those 3 shadows. Are you planning to review it at some point, Christine?
