lilah b. b. captivating Glisten + Glow Review & Swatches
b captivating
lilah b. b captivating Glisten + Glow ($60.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a medium, rosy copper with warmer undertones and a gold, pearly finish that yielded a luminous glow. It has a cream-based formula that had a thinner, slightly drier feel to it, but it had enough slip that it remained easy to apply and blend out, sheer out if desired, and melted against my skin during application.
It had good coverage in a single layer, and the gold shimmer sparkled and twinkled in the light–it was a shinier highlighter than you’d expect, given that it has a soft set, more powder-like dry down. The product applied well over bare skin or on top of foundation as it did not lift up my base products. On my complexion, the color had a highlighting blush effect–a pinch of color but mostly glow. This shade stayed on well for eight hours on me before fading noticeably.
Also, the formula recently released in a “mini size” that contains 0.08 oz. for $32. The product also contains “skincare benefits,” which weren’t tested or reflected in this review given one would need to wear this quite regularly for weeks on end to do so!

Because I have DoC Miramé…yeah, I probably shouldn’t let myself fall in love with this beauty of a highlighter. Although, this one has a more gossamer like sheerness or translucent quality to it that looks more “natural”. Either that or I’m seeing things!
Very pretty shade and I love your lipstick too.
Just picked up the MAC Pony highlighter so don’t need anymore. The MAC Pony one is like blinding it is so bright.
