These face sticks and lip crayons are the most (ab)-used makeup items of all times! They are everywhere and every brands is dishing them out! Lets how this one fares!
The Multiple?
Hi Andrea,
These are not like NARS Multiples. They are transparent and are evocative of watercolors. They sheer out to give a hint of glowing color that is typical of the subtle “bonne mine” approach that many people like during the summer. Those of you with oily complexions and those of you who like a lot of pigment will be disappointed in these because of their slip and translucent color. I bought Pink Glow and it works quite well on my dry, mature, NC15 complexion. It gives me a soft hint of moist color that lasts about six hours.
If only the bronze one was a cool taupe instead so it could be used for contouring! The search for a good contouring stick continues…
I am so excited for these! I find Laura Mercier products can be hit or miss, so I hope these are good.
I’ll have one Coral Glow with just a bit of Peach Glow on the side please!
I’m excited for these!
These look interesting and I love the colours. I look forward to your review as always Christine! 🙂
They look lovely.. I’ll have to try this be for I buy. I’ve been disappointed by other color sticks.
I looked at these and almost passed them by. Thank goodness I agreed to let the SA try them on my cheeks. Wow, really pretty and flattering. These blushes give my skin just what the ad says, a soft healthy glow. You look like a younger version of yourself (if you are a middle aged woman). These blushes give me the amount of color that I like and want, without overdoing it and making me look “painted” or clownish. Very easy to blend and they last very well on my dry skin. I bought both colors she tried on me, the pink and the coral. They are different from Nars and other blush sticks. These are wonderful for those of us who have broken red veins/rosacea and have to be very careful about what blush colors we wear. These make application foolproof as I tend to overdo it. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Mimi I am so glad that you love the Bonne Mine Blush stick because I just took a chance and ordered the coral glow online before any reviews were out. I haven’t received mine yet but now I am really looking forward to receiving my purchase. I like cream blushes over powders because I find powders are more drying to the skin. I also own other blushes by Laura Mercier and Chanel and I love them also, so I’m glad this is also a winner. Thanks.
These looks nice but guess now every other brand is coming up with such formula.. 😀
Pink Glow looks rather fetching! I will be interested to see how these perform, actually 🙂
Sounds kinda like the Glaze Masters
