Laura Geller Rosewater Baked Gelato Swirl Blush ($26.00 for 0.17 oz.) is described as a “bright pink.” It’s a light-medium pink with warm, yellow undertones and gold shimmer and a faint bit of gold sparkle. Benefit Bella Bamba (DC, $28.00) is more shimmery, darker. Charlotte Tilbury Love Glow (P, $40.00) is lighter. Chanel Revelation (63) (P, $38.00) is less shimmery. Tarina Tarantino Parasol (P, $25.00) is brighter, warmer. MAC Lesson in Love (LE, $21.00) is lighter. Chanel Crescendo (250) (LE, $45.00) is less shimmery. Colour Pop Birthday Suit (P, $8.00) is more shimmery. NARS Fervor (Left) (P, ) is lighter. theBalm Houndstooth (P, $22.00) is darker, more muted. Chanel Blush Horizon de Chanel (LE, ) is lighter. The formula is described as having vivid and “translucent, vibrant color” with a “flirty, natural-looking flush” that goes on “like a powder but feels like a cream.” They have a very similar texture as the Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminators I reviewed earlier this year, which I totally fell in love with. The texture has a smooth, denser feel to it that has good color payoff that’s incredibly easy to blend out on the skin. The pigmentation varies from shade to shade, but they are generally quite pigmented. Rosewater had semi-opaque, buildable coverage, but I found it was the least pigmented blush of the five from the range. I think it may be perfect coverage for fairer skin tones who like a subtle blusher, though. The texture was soft, smooth, and blendable, but I noticed more shimmer/sparkle in this one on the skin–not quite enough to emphasize pores but more visible than the other four shades. It wore well for seven and a half hours before fading on my skin.

I’m really loving the looks of all of these blushes. I actually did see them in my local Ulta brick and mortar last night. But, I resisted buying anymore until I try out Plumberry. I bought that from Laura Gellar’s website . Apparently, they have some sort of rewards program, so if I purchase anymore , I may do so on her site.:)

Laura Geller has some good sales, too – definitely a retailer that has a few of their own incentives to shop direct!

Well, I am eating my words already! I already have purchased Guava and Papaya and Plumberry has not arrived! lol..I got one from Ulta with a 20% off coupon (fingers crossed on the shipping issues!) and one form Lauragellar.com (it wasn’t on Ulta’s site so I got some reward points at least . :). I love the sheen and the price is pretty reasonable. Thanks for reviewing these! I would have never thought to buy Laura Gellar items in all honesty.

i’m actually glad this one is a miss for my medium skintone because I just tried the baked gelato in ballerina today and realized I need to pick up all her gelato blushes that you like!

Thank you for reviewing this. I have been considering this, but I also have yet to make a colourpop order, and since birthday suit is similar enough I will be ordering that instead. Thank you for everything you do. You just saved me 18 dollars. 🙂
