Lancome Pose Color Design Eyeshadow

Lancome Pose Color Design Eyeshadow ($18.00 for 0.042 oz.) is described as an “intense golden-copper” with a metallic finish. It’s a brilliant copper with a golden metallic sheen. The hue is a little lighter compared to theBalm Maribel, but it is very similar to NARS Isolde, theBalm Meep Meep, and MAC Amber Lights.

This is one of the best performing Lancome eyeshadows I’ve come across, even though it is more dupeable than some other shades. The color payoff is fantastic, and the texture is so soft and smooth; it glides on like butter and blends like a dream. Lancome says that their eyeshadows can be worn without a base, but I do find some subtle creasing after eight hours. Not unsurprisingly, but I didn’t have any wear issues when I wear them over an eyeshadow base.

This is one of the FIRST “expensive” eyeshadows I bought when I was 18, and I STILL have it. Such a gorgeous color… brings me back to working at Macy’s! 😀

This is such a pretty, glowy gold! It looks like it almost borders on bronze. Too bad I already have so many pretty golds and bronzes, I keep seeing really gorgeous ones, but I can’t justify so many dupes of a shade I don’t wear at least every couple of days!

Another really close dupe from what this picture looks like on my monitor is the gold shade from Maybelline’s Expertwear eyeshadow trio in Bronze Glitz. I’m not sure if they sell it anymore (I’ve seriously had mine since… 3-4 years ago, maybe), but if you find it, it’s definitely worth buying!!

its a dupeable color but i was able to grab this at an outlet for less than $3 so i wasn’t going to pass it up! i haven’t worn it yet but yes it is a very beautiful color!!!

I have this in one of those sample palettes Lancòme gives out. Such a pretty color! I use it to warm up my crease after applying a dark brown or subtly under the lower lashline. I love it!
